Do fainting or losing mind invalidate ablution?
The things that takes away the mind’s ability to perceive such as fainting for a while or for a long time, losing mind, going crazy, being too drunk to walk normally, or having an epileptic seizure invalidate ablution. These conditions themselves do not invalidate ablution. Ablution is invalidated as people do not know what they did duringthat situation (Mawsili, al-Ikhtiyar, I, 53).
